Organic Miyazaki Matcha Kanayamidori

From the Miyazaki Prefecture of the southernmost Japanese island of Kyushu reaches us the organic Matcha Kanayamidori. Produced exclusively from the shrub variety Kanayamidori, this Matcha surprises with a slightly nutty yet strong aroma. It has slightly sweet taste notes, which are very subtly accompanied by a delicate tartness. The fact that this is then also a Matcha from organic cultivation, one may almost not believe in this excellent, fine Matcha.
