Description
This matcha is a world first. Made from a Shira-cha with an umami like a Gyokuro, in color not dark green but rather bright green. Very rare and not copyable by other suppliers. Due to the small annual amount of cultivation, only available in limited quantities each year.

    I initially found it to be quite bitter but Florian advised to lower the water temperature to 60 or even 50 degrees and this helped a lot. It is quite different to any other Matcha that I have tried before but I really like it now. The flavour is quite intense. Maybe not a matcha for every day but as a special treat it really enjoyable different to any other Matcha that I have tried before but I really like it now. The flavour is quite intense.
