Fukamushi-cha

Fukamushi means "deep steam" and this tea wants to convince mainly by its taste and less by the beauty of the leaf. Specially selected leaves of the raw tea are subjected to a long and very careful treatment mmit strong steam. This results in a tea that consists of relatively small pieces in the leaf, whose deep sweetness, fresh green color and incredibly rich aroma coupled with my gentleness, typical of Fukamushi tea, will delight any green tea connoisseur.
