• Quantity: 5 g to 450 ml water
• Temperature: 80 °C

Good to know

Due to the deeper steaming, the leaf becomes softer, allowing more ingredients to pass into the water - including a variety of catechins, amino acids and chlorophyll. For connoisseurs, Fukamushi is therefore one of the most valuable everyday teas in Japan
