Just as all other Teas from KEIKO, this Matcha is also originated from a controlled biological cultivation.
Matchas are freshly ground at the company location at Diepholz- a significant advantage in the race against the time, because the tea is very sensitive and starts to oxidise as soon as it comes in contact with oxygen. Since the fine powder cannot be packed under a 100% vacuum, the production has a significant freshness advantage.

Preparation:
Simply stir 1 TS of the powder with 1 TS of water, fill up with hot water and/or (plant-based) milk and enjoy hot or on the rocks.
