This is the classic one amongst the Kagoshima Matchas. It has a slightly nutty flavour, well balanced between bitterness and sweetness, an intensive fragrance and a deep green colour. We recommend this Matcha for the low viscosity fluid preparation (Usucha). If you prefer a strong taste, it can also be used for a high viscosity fluid preparation (Koicha).

I can also confirm the nutty aroma.
The sourness and umami are not overpowering.
I prefer this one over the Keiko Tekiro because it has less bitterness and still some freshness. bitterness.
