Shutaro Hayashi's Matcha-iri Genmaicha is a blend of Kirishima Mukashi Genmaicha and a small portion of Kirishima Midori Matcha. So fine Sencha leaves and Matcha from Kirishima meet gently roasted rice from controlled organic cultivation. The fresh vegetal notes of the matcha powder go well with the roasted flavor of the Genmaicha. This results in an intense green tea enjoyment.
