Like Asatsuyu bushes, the bushes of the tea bush variety Oku Yutaka are also called “Tennen Gyokuro”, since this variety belongs to the varieties of tea bushes, which develop a strong umami even without being shaded. Though, this tea is even shaded for 10 day up to two weeks, which pushes the tea bushes to develop an exceptionally strong umami. The sorting of the leaves is done very accurately, and only fine leaves are used. A special tea with a full, deep character which hardly knows any competition.
