Asamushi Kanaya Midori Sencha (organic)

This very clear structured Sencha consists only of the pure leaves of the tea bush variety Kanaya Midori, which is rarely to be found in an unblended Sencha. The leaves are steamed Asamushi-style, which results in a Sencha with well-formed and stable needles. A rounded taste experience with lightly, flowery notes.
