Der Service ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die erstklassige Ware (in meinem Fall ein Mizudashi Sencha mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis) kam liebevoll verpackt bei mir an. Da bestelle ich gerne wieder:-)!

Would be very nice if more people leave reviews and ratings for teas. Some small store credits could maybe do the job. All in all some loyalty program I think would be beneficial for you and for the customers.

Thank you for your review. We ask each customer after placing an order to rate the tea they purchased. Unfortunately, few customers rate the teas they purchase. We are not allowed to give gifts or discounts for submitted reviews due to legal reasons. A bonus system already exists for customers. Registered customers receive bonus points for each purchase, which can be redeemed for another order.
