    Review:
    In my opinion this matcha has a too strong umami taste, but is still enjoyable because of a slightly fruity and sweet smell and taste.\r\n\r\nThere\'s a very little hint of grass in the smell, but it has some astringency in the taste reminding me of raw vegetables.\r\n\r\nIt\'s not really fresh-green bitterness, but more of a longer steamed, rich taste.
